Stage 2 “Looking for talent”

In this stage we’ll find your talent! We’ll be monstuously rigorous and select 250 youngsters!

Stage 3 “FINDING YOUR EDGE”

Limits? Have you tested yours? In this first challenge “you have to believe”! As CH is a very determined organisation, prepare yourself because “the bigger the challenge, the bigger the fun!”. For the next stage 120 candidates go throw!

Stage 4 “LEARNING HOW TO BE A MONSTER”

Being a Monster is not easy at all and we want to prepare you! For a month, you will be in intensive training to develop the Basic Skills you’ll need to face the Job market and what is coming… up next!

Stage 5 “FINAL MATCH”

Now follows the Final Match! The last chance for you to show that YOU truly deserve to Be a Monster! For an intense 48 hour period, the candidates that reach this stage will be presented with several challenges. Only 15 survivors advance for the next stage!

Stage 6 “LIKE A MONSTER”

Congratulations! Welcome to the CH World! Here, in the Best Company in the World, you’ll experience an internship and be Happy!

Stage 7 “Being a monster”

The 7th stage couldn’t be nothing but a party! This is the closing cerimony and we won’t stop surprising you!
